Ralond, a rental manager for over 30 years, is a retired Master Sgt. In the US Marine Corp. Ralond is surprisingly friendly and easy going, as well as very capable and efficient in helping client’s complete applications, arrange for repairs use appliances and other features of RFT Properties.

He is also particularly good at trouble shooting any problems residents might have. With 20 years’ experience as a general contractor, residents are definitely in good hands with his great communication and technical skills.

Originally from Bedford, Iowa, Ralond has the mid-west with values of hard work, caring and high expectations. You will enjoy working with him, from the time you submit your application to the day you surrender your key.

Ruby also has 30 years’ experience in property management. A former law enforcement officer, she also has a BA in Sociology and a Master’s Degree in Community Planning. A mother of two grown sons and seven grandchildren she always has an open door to listen to interpersonal problems and can connect to you to many resources in the community. She also schedules repairs and other rental appointments.
