Ruby also has 30 years’ experience in property management. A former law enforcement officer, she also has a BA in Sociology and a Master’s Degree in Community Planning. A mother of two grown sons and seven grandchildren she always has an open door to listen to interpersonal problems and can connect to you to many resources in the community. She also schedules repairs and other rental appointments.
